The exact scope of any paid engagement is determined by the services selected and the applicable engagement agreement, intake, proposal, invoice, or other written communication.
Website information, calculators, educational materials, IRS resources, articles, training previews, FAQs, and general guidance do not by themselves create a professional engagement.
Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client, investment-adviser, fiduciary, or CPA assurance relationship.
Tax preparation services are based on information and documentation provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and for reviewing their returns before signature or filing.
Rise Consulting Solutions LLC may request additional documentation, clarification, or substantiation when necessary to satisfy tax-law, due-diligence, documentation, or professional requirements.
